Project Management

Whether you need us to oversee a project from the outset or manage the work of another contractor, our project management services are designed to ensure that every aspect of your project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Resident Engineers (RE) / Resident Technical Officers (RTO) for Supervision:
  • Resident Engineers (RE) are experienced professionals responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project, ensuring that engineering designs are accurately and effectively implemented. They manage on-site activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supporting them are Resident Technical Officers (RTO), skilled technical officers who handle day-to-day site supervision, ensuring construction activities adhere to plans and specifications, conducting inspections, and maintaining site documentation. Together, REs and RTOs work collaboratively to maintain the quality and integrity of the project throughout its execution.

Technical Staff for Specialized Roles:

  • Planning Engineers develop detailed project schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure the project progresses according to plan, using advanced project management software to track progress and adjust schedules as needed. Geotechnical Engineers analyze soil and rock properties to ensure site stability and safety, providing recommendations for foundation design, slope stability, and ground improvement.
  • Project Engineers coordinate engineering tasks, manage project resources, ensure technical specifications are met, and liaise between stakeholders for smooth project execution.Design Engineers create detailed engineering designs and drawings, working closely with architects and other engineers to ensure practicality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Drafters produce precise technical drawings and plans based on specifications from engineers and architects, using CAD software for detailed construction drawings. Surveyors conduct precise measurements and mapping of the project site, ensuring accurate land and construction layouts and verifying that construction activities adhere to design plans.
  • QA/QC Managers/ Engineers/ Supervisors for Quality Control:

  • QA/QC Managers are leaders in quality assurance and control who develop and enforce quality standards for the project by creating quality plans, conducting audits, and ensuring all project activities meet required specifications. QA/QC Engineers are technical experts who implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, verify that materials and workmanship comply with project standards, analyze test results, and recommend corrective actions.
  • QA/QC Supervisors oversee day-to-day quality control processes on-site, ensuring construction activities adhere to quality standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections, and documenting quality-related issues.
